Selecting Products
We have tried to make the purchasing experience on Eclipse Baits website as simple and intuitive as possible. The products are grouped by department on the menu bar below the header image. Once you have selected a department from the menu you will see a group of products. Once you have decided what item you wish to purchase please use the drop down box to select the type of that product, you will see the price automatically update. Then click ‘Add To Cart’. You will then see your item appear on the right hand side in the cart. Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase click on ‘Checkout’.
Checkout
Once you have clicked checkout you will be taken to the checkout screen. The cart will recalculate to show you the price including shipping. You can review your order at the top of the screen and update the quantities. Currently we only ship to the ‘UK’ so you can just click the ‘calculate’ button. The shipping is automatically calculated for you. You then need to provide your email address, billing contact details and shipping details if its not the same as the billing address. At the bottom of the page you will be see the delivery costs and product total cost. If your happy click ‘Purchase’ to continure.
Payment
You can pay via Debit/Credit card and PayPal either online or if you prefer by calling 07726 214739 where you can pay by card. Payment is made via stripe so none of your payment details are held on our system and therefore the payment is made securely.
Delivery
All items will be delivered by a courier except for samples, for delivery times please see the table below. You will need to sign for delivery but if you wish to have them left somewhere instead of signing please advise during the checkout process by adding a note underneath your address (click add note). If goods are requested to be left without a signature please be advised this is done at the customers own risk.

The create your own range has a minimum of 2 weeks delivery time.
If you wish to collect your product please do not use the online shop to order call 07726 214739. You can then make an order and also agree a collection time.
Returns
Non Freezer bait – Unless an item has been damaged or is faulty (Eclipse Baits would need evidence) we do not accept returns for unwanted goods. The next step is to agree with Eclipse Baits to return the item or to keep the item. If an item has to be returned then a replacement or refund will be issued once received. If the item does not have to be returned then we will issue a replacement or refund once agreement had been reached.
Freezer Boilies – Due to the nature of Freezer boilies it is not possible to return them
